THE RADIANCE
The band, formed in 2015 by Miranda Vukasovic, narrates stories of freedom. It is through the exploring of the theme Freedom that the band has created a new sound that blurrs the limits between electronic and RnB, classic rock and post grunge, blues and psychedelic rock. Join us Thursday evening and loose yourself to the dreamy and soulful sounds of The Radiance!
光辐射乐队，2015年由唱作歌手Miranda Vukasovic组建于北京，源于对“自由”这一主题的追求，他们打破电子、R&B、摇滚和爵士等多种音乐类型的表达形式，开创了独一无二的音乐风格。
The Radiance is a Beijing based band that has collaborated with various artists. For this evening we will see Miranda Vukasovic, Joy Stuhr and Eric Tsen take the stage.

MIRANDA VUKASOVIC
(PIANO, VOCALS)
Vocal and Piano, Graduated from the Music Academy "Blagoje Bersa" in Zagreb majoring in Music Theory in 2001. She lived in many countries and worked in architecture, media and art industry. She is now living in Beijing and hasher own jewellery and furniture brand. She uses her diverse experience to create the music of her own unique style.
负责演唱和钢琴，Miranda Vukasovic于2001年毕业于克罗地亚首都萨格勒布的“Blagoje Bersa”音乐学院，学习音乐理论专业。她曾经居住过多个国家，分别在建筑、媒体和艺术领域内工作。她现在在北京生活，并拥有自己的珠宝和家居品牌。她将丰富的人生经历注入到她的音乐中，形成自己特别的音乐特色。
JOY STUHR
(CELLO)
While being a multi-lingual, multi-instrumentalist (pianist, cellist, singer and songwriter), Joy Stuhr's musical style clearly reflects her life experiences and has become a unique blend that combines a classical upbringing with NYC jazz and sounds from around the world.
作为一名驾驭多种语言和多乐器的人 (钢琴家、大提琴家、歌手和词曲作家)，JoyStuhr的音乐风格清晰地反映了她的生活经历，并独特的融合了古典与纽约的爵士乐和来自世界各地的声音。
ERIC TSEN
(SAXOPHONE)
Multi-instrumentalist, active in Beijing's music scene and well-versed in many music styles such as jazz, funk, pop, blues, and country. He studied jazz saxophone under the tutorship of Australian saxophonist Danny Healy, and then joined the international psychedelic rock band The Harridans, playing at the venues in Beijing and all around China, Zhangbei Music Festival in 2015, Desert Music Festival in Ningxia in 2015, Midi Music Festival in Suzhou in 2016, etc. In the meantime, he aslo formed his jazz quartet, playing jazz standards and original compositions. Eric is known for his passionate and sophisticated expression on the saxophone.
多种乐器演奏家，活跃于北京的音乐界、善于爵士、黑人流行音乐、流行，蓝调和乡村等多种音乐风格的演奏。 他曾在澳大利亚萨克斯演奏家Danny Healy的辅导下学习爵士萨克斯，然后加入国际迷幻摇滚乐队The Harridans，在北京及全国各地演出： 2015年张北音乐节，2015年宁夏沙漠音乐节，2016迷笛苏州音乐节等。同时，他还组建了他的爵士四重奏，演奏爵士乐标准和原创作品。埃里克以他在萨克斯管上充满激情以及复杂的情感表达而闻名。
