Our most delicate, yet funky cocktail to date is "Norwegian Wood". Made with our own pine bitters and The Botanist gin, its surprisingly spicy, herbal profile is mellowed down with a bit of Lillet Blanc and our signature homemade plum syrup.
It just feels as fresh and energizing as a walk in the cold northern European forest, with some Murakami magic lingering on your mind.

Our winter cocktail challenge didn't just end when we managed to make our cocktail taste like pines. What about incorporating our favorite, caffeinated, strong bitter tea, Yerba Mate, to another one? And then, the elegant and adventurous "Gotham Cocktail" was born.
Made with tequila, yerba mate, white vermouth, orange peel and absinthe, Gotham is a smooth, dry, lightweight cocktail specially created for those who are not afraid of new exciting flavours. Didn't you know Batman used to drink Mate after all?

A little bittersweet treat, this Japanese inspired cocktail is a velvety dark chocolate and vodka dessert drink, sprinkled in a green matcha tea mist. The deep herbal notes of green Chartreuse add in some delicious complexity, while a little sour plum cut balances the "Matcha Coco" mix.

HOUHAI AFTER MIDNIGHT

"Houhai After Midnight" is named after a guy with the mysterious occupation of watching the sea at night. The "sea" he sat down every night to observe was actually Houhai Lake, and, as his research kept on on during the coldest months of the past winter, our curiosity kept growing along with each visit he paid to us after his daily shift.
All of this served as inspiration for our new Christmas special, which we dedicate to him. Made with Calvados apple brandy, XO cognac, amontillado sherry and a secret Danish biscuit recipe syrup, its spiced and sweet profile will keep you warm after those Houhai skating sessions this year!

This sour sweet, smooth and fruity cocktail is our felt homenage to the ancient Aztecs. Apparently, the sacrifice loving mesoamerican culture had chocolate served as an enebriating drink, a fact that kept us thinking for a while. The idea end up being brought to life in "The Aztec Sour", a sunny tropical drink mixing French spirits like XO cognac and green Chartreusse with old aztects stapplers like bitter dark cocoa and fresh pinneaple. A little thrown back in time kind of drink!

Our signature "Bohemian Sazerac" takes on a luxurious, fragant twist, featuring a made-in-heaven match of Black Truffle infused XO cognac & Maker's Mark bourbon. Rounded by a hint of sweet Marsala wine, classic Peychaud bitters and a generous Swiss absinthe mist, the unami, unusual flavour of the precious mushroom mix perfectly well in this outstanding New Orleans absinthe classic.

Our little tropical "Pink Flamingo" is without doubts the brightest star of the winter! This bitter sweet, unusual tiki style drink is made with Campari, spiced rum, ginger, fresh orange juice and Maraschino, a combination which stand delicately balanced like a flamingo bird sleeping on one leg. Refreshing and punchy, this is a funky cocktail with a sighly bitter aftertaste and a pinkish look. Not an easy one, but any real star has ever been!
