SPANISH COLD CUTS & CHEESE PLATTERS
西班牙火腿 及 芝士拼盘
If you just simply want to experience the authentic way we pair our fantastic Spanish wines with food, the answer for your meals is to go for a cold cuts or cheese platter. Taken with a glass of red Rioja or a white portuguese Vinho Verde, soon you will be in up there in food heaven.
The three cheese combination platter includes aged Manchego, soft Tetilla cheese and a semi-cured Mahon, paired with sweet and salty treats for you to experiment, from fresh fruits and nuts to our baked garlic aubergine dip, delicious homemade rosemary butter, olives and peppers. Meanwhile, the exuberant Ibericos platter includes 30 months old Iberico Ham, Chorizo and Salchichon de Bellota.
