Join us this Tuesday at Modernista for a very special session! Our weekly Drink & Draw joins forces with a very talented #Darkropes master and VSP’s magic to reveal the secrets of the ancient Japanese art of Shibari. An elegant and beautifully executed bondage art display using ropes and bamboo, this session will bring you an experience you have probably never seen or drawn before. It's Tuesday, time to draw!

Benjamin (last name) is a Swiss artist that explores the ancient Japanese knot-tying technique of shibari. The central aspect of this art is creating patterns with ropes that contrast and complement the natural curves of the body. The beauty lies in juxtaposition: bare skin against rough rope, strength against exposure, a sense of calm against the knife-edge of risk.
Join us this April 13th at Modernista for another Drink & Draw Session where the performance will be taken to a multi-sensorial level while Velveteen's Secret Potions will be summoning La Camanchaka, the Spirit of Velveteen, with our signature VSPellbiding aromas created exclusively for this occasion: Acqua Santa Hydrosol brewed with Indian red sandalwood and Chilean orange zest and the newest La Perfuma Goloso – Enchanting Perfume "Darkropes” inspired by Benjamin's art.

DRINK & DRAW?
什么是 Drink & Draw ？
Drink and Draw is not a drawing class, but an open, free, and creative weekly space for anyone who enjoys drawing while having a good drink.
It features different topics, models, stage setups, and music every week, making it an always fresh and exciting event!
We provide a pen/paper but you are very welcome to bring your own materials. At the end of the night, drawing are collected for models to choose their favorite, and the winners of the night get to drink shots with them.
Every week we announce our topics, post sights, and pictures in the Drink & Draw WeChat groups. Please contact the organizer through this QR Code if you want to join them!
Drink & Draw 并不是绘画课，而是提供了一个免费的自在随性、充满奇思妙想，并且有音乐美酒相伴的绘画创作空间，无需专业，只需尽兴！
在这里，可以使用我们提供的纸笔也可自带工具。每周会有不同的绘画创作主题，配合各式舞台布景、模特及音乐，另每一次体验都新奇有趣。
在Drink & Draw 夜晚的最后，会由模特选出所有画作中最心仪的作品，并且会和创作者共饮shots！
