Modernista is presenting our first-ever classic Latin America Night! We will have the incredible TroVanda bringing some original Latin music to you that uniquely theirs at 9pm, it'll for sure make you get up and dance, so bring a partner! Before that, there will be a community talk at 7pm with Ray from Pebbles. This is likely going to be an ongoing series, so keep your eyes peels!

"My Business Endeavor"
Seeking inspiration from Latin-American flavors is what moved Ray Yue Heng to enter into Mexican food. Co-owner and Chef de Cuisine of Pebbles and El Mercadito, his endeavor has been a discovery of his own capabilities, maturing his passion from scratch, introducing traditional flavors with a modern twist and offering Beijing's largest tequila and mezcal collection. “My knowledge of Mexican food grew like it was on steroids from then on,” Ray shares with us.

Trovanda is formed by Laura Gonzales (Vocals and Flute), Johnny Strugg (Guitar and Vocals), Norman Mariquez (Bass and Vocals) and Eduardo Barroetabeña (Percussion/Vocals).
