What could be a better way to say goodbye to the last Friday of 2022 and welcome the new year than a night with Afro Gents & Dean The DJ? Let's ring in the New Year's Eve joyfully weekend with some cheerful drums!

Ryan is a live performing artist based in Beijing. During his time in Beijing, Ryan has been a lead singer and guitarist with many different bands; he’s played with Beyond Borders, Black Gold, and The Afro- Gent just to name a few. Ryan’s versatility in music is what makes him unique. He plays the guitar and drums and he also sings.

In 2018 he and his band Beyond borders took first place in the Laowai Idol competition hosted at the university of international Business and Economics with stiff talent and competition all over Beijing. He currently performs on various stages in Beijing, such as Modernista, Moli bar, and Gin house.

Ryan plays all genres of music ranging from jazz, blues, pop, reggae, and hip hop to name a few. 

Ryan 是一位在北京的现场表演艺术家。在北京期间，Ryan是主唱和吉他手，拥有许多不同的乐队，例如"超越国界"，"黑金"，"The Afro Gent"等。Ryan在音乐中的多才多艺使他独一无二。他弹吉他、打鼓，还能唱歌。

2018年，他和他的乐队"超越国界"在国际商业经济大学主办的"Laowai偶像"竞 赛中，以顽强的天赋和竞争在北京获得第一名。他目前在北京的多个舞台上表演，如 Modernista、Gin house、Moli bar等。

Ryan演奏各种音乐流派，包括爵士乐，蓝调，流行音乐，雷⻤，嘻哈等。 

His name is Nyuibeinbei Meyof, usually goes by the name Meyof Jr. He's from Cameroon and presently based in Beijing, China. He is a diverse bassist in genres of music such as Reggae, funk, blues, Zouk, Afro, and Gospel. He had the privilege to perform with various great bands such as One Drop, Soul Shake Black Gold, Highest praise CMR, Woodshed Blues band, and many other home-based bands in Beijing. Represented countries in musical events, played in hotels, performed in Embassies in Beijing, and international events. He is respectful and brings in positive energy in all situations.

Nyuibeinbei Meyof，来自喀麦隆，目前居住在中国北京。他是一名能演奏雷鬼、放克、布鲁斯、祖克、非洲音乐和福音等音乐流派的多元化贝斯手。曾与One Drop，Soul Shake Black Gold，Highest Praise CMR，Woodshed Blues乐队以及北京的许多乐队一起演出。他也曾代表国家参加音乐活动，在北京的各个大使馆以及国际活动演出。他尊重别人，并充满着正能量。

Seth popularly known as C.J is a classical jazz, hip hop Rnb pianist and singer born to a Ghanaian dad and a half American half Sierra Leone mom currently now in Beijing. Seth has played in various places in Beijing such as Modernista, Inception jazz bar, Lenores bar, Georgia feast, PH bar, Miles bar Peninsula hotel(Yun and Jing bar), Jam sessions, and Park Hyatt in Shenzhen. Moreover, he has been playing with a couple of bands such as Afro Gents, Simply jazz band, Fusion, Ember Swift band, One Drop band, RnV band, Noko fio band, Jazz Harmony band, and has performed with jazz, hip hop, and Rnb artists. He currently performs solo piano and songs on stages in Beijing.

Seth 通常被称为 C.J，是一位古典爵士乐、嘻哈 Rnb 演奏家和歌手，父亲是加纳人，母亲是美国塞拉利昂混血，现居北京。Seth曾在北京的Modernista、Inception jazz bar、Lenores bar、Georgia feast、PH bar、Miles bar Peninsula hotel(Yun and Jing bar)、深圳的Jam session和柏悦等地方演出。此外，他也与多个乐队一起演奏，如 Afro Gents、Simply jazz 乐队、Fusion、Ember Swift 乐队、One Drop 乐队、RnV 乐队、Noko fio 乐队、Jazz Harmony 乐队，并与爵士乐 、嘻哈和 Rnb 艺术家一起表演。他目前在北京的舞台上主要进行钢琴独奏和歌曲表演。

Hailing from the Congo, drummer Guy Mabanza'splaying is the perfect combination of groove, technique and musicality.He studied at the prestigious Freejazz school of music in his home country underCongolese drummers Hugue drums, Dani lola and Francis Mulio, andperformed with various ensembles related to theinstitute as well as with other bands includingAdonaï Gospel before moving to China. hecurrently performs around Beijing with manydifferent bands An extremely versatile musician,his previous playing orchestral percussion with theKunming International Philharmonic under thebaton of conductor Oleg Sheremeta.performances include playing drums with The Jared Lang Band, Ember Swift Band, Afro-Gents Band, One Drop Band and ect.

来自刚果的鼓手 Guy Mabanza 的演奏是律动、技巧和音乐性的完美结合。他在祖国著名的Freejazz音乐学院学习，师从刚果鼓手 Hugue drums、Dani lola 和 Francis Mulio，并在移居中国之前与该学院相关的各种乐团以及包括 Adonaï Gospel 在内的其他乐队一起演出。他目前在北京与许多不同的乐队一起演出，一位极其多才多艺的音乐家，他之前在指挥家奥列格谢列梅塔的指挥下与昆明国际爱乐乐团一起演奏管弦打击乐。参与表演团队包括 The Jared Lang Band, Ember Swift Band, Afro-Gents Band, One Drop Band等。
