ABOUT THE ARTIST
FluFlaFen is an improvisational band with members from diverse backgrounds. It was formed by clarinetist Hadi Marvian, guitarist Jukka Ahonen, and drummer Yoni Geller. Their style primarily features instrumental improvisation, with a focus on avant-garde, experimental free improvisation, and jazz rock. They also incorporate the tonalities of Middle Eastern and Nordic folk music, creating an inclusive and imaginative non-linear fusion. Active in Beijing's independent music scene, FluFlaFen has released their debut studio album, "Sorcery Sauce."
FLUFLAFEN是一支成员来自五湖四海的即兴乐队。由单簧管音乐家Hadi Marvian，吉他手Jukka Ahonen，鼓手Yoni Geller三人组建而成。风格上以器乐即兴，以及有前卫、实验倾向的自由即兴以及爵士摇滚为主。同时也把中东、北欧等不同地缘民族音乐的调性与即兴音乐一起，进行着包容而富有想象力的非线性融合。且活于当下的北京的独立音乐场景之中。目前FluFlaFen已经发表了首张录音室专辑《Sorcery Sauce》（巫酱）。
