ABOUT THE ARTIST

Fiaba is a contemporary instrumental music trio drawing influences from folk, jazz, and world music. The melodies are captivating yet sweet, while the rhythms are tight but also spacious and soothing. The blend of different backgrounds and cultures creates something unique, ready to tell stories of daily life as well as faraway travels and fascinating places, just as the word itself suggests. The trio features Binoy Yakha on guitar and bass, David Yang on keyboards and synthesizers, and Antonio ODC on drums and percussion.
Fiaba embodies both sides of the same coin—from form to improvisation, from white to black, from calm to chaos.
