我们怀着深深的悲痛和崇高的敬意向公司创始人告别，他于2024年8月21日去世，享年91岁。It is with deep sadness and great respect that we bid farewell to our company founder, who passed away on 21 August 2024 at the age of 91.

卡尔·施莱希特先生是一位非凡的个性和成功的企业家，他以极大的热情和毅力以及富有远见的思维方式推动了Putzmeister公司的工作，使其成为一家全球性公司。Karl Schlecht was an extraordinary personality and a successful entrepreneur who, with his great passion and perseverance and his visionary way of thinking, drove ‘his work’, the Putzmeister company, forward to become a global company.

1958年，卡尔·施莱希特先生为今天的公司奠定了基石。在2012年从运营业务退休并将普茨迈斯特出售给三一重工之前，他塑造了普茨迈斯特半个世纪的成功故事。In 1958, Karl Schlecht laid the foundation stone for today's company. He shaped the Putzmeister success story for half a century before retiring from operational business and selling Putzmeister to Sany in 2012.

卡尔·施莱希特对积极创业的定义是：“企业家是在实现愿景的过程中不断超越自己，并带动他人与他一起努力，让每个人都赢！”。“An entrepreneur is someone who constantly outgrows himself on the way to his vision and pulls others along with him so that everyone wins!” was Karl Schlecht's definition of active entrepreneurship.
