Traditional ICE and hybrid powertrain system

应用与传动动力发动机和混动专用发动机球墨铸铁曲轴产品，采用了与客户共同设计和开发的减重优化设计方案，和达事通获得专利的专门用于曲轴的高性能球墨铸铁材料，具有高抗拉强度、高屈服强度、适中延展率和适于加工的硬度等特点。

Nodular cast iron crankshaft products are used for ICE and DHT engines, which are co-design or developed with customers for weight reductions and optimizations. Draxton patented high performance nodular iron material dedicated for crankshafts is adopted, and it has characteristics for high tensile strength, high yield strength, just-fit elongation and appropriate hardness for machining.

Transmission & drive system

应用于传统动力、混合动力和纯电汽车传动系统的差速器壳体和减速器壳体，采用了达事通先进的制造工艺和包含高硅固溶强化球墨铸铁材料，具有高屈服强度，高延展率，易于与锻钢材料焊接成型，轻量化和复杂结构等特点.

应用于混动专用的定子基座和中间板支撑等产品，采用了与客户共同设计和开发的轻量化设计和抗低温冲击的高延展率球铁材料。

Differential housing and axle carrier housing are used in transmissions and drives systems for ICE, Hybrid and BEV vehicles. It is adopted by Draxton of advanced manufacturing process technologies and materials including high silicone solidification iron, which characterizing with high yield strength, high elongation, good welding performance with forged steel material, lightened design as well as complex geometries.

Stator housing and middle plate support are used in the dedicated hybrid transmissions, adopted high elongation nodular iron material for low temperature impact test and lightened designs co-worked with customers.
