


1. 爆炒
取小号不粘锅,开中高火。加少许油,放入适量蘑菇和一小撮盐。将蘑菇炒至变软,开始出现焦斑。加入适量菠菜,一起翻炒至菠菜变软。加入盐和胡椒调味。取出备用。
1. Sauté
Heat a small, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add a bit of oil, then add the desired amount of mushrooms and a pinch of salt. Sauté the mushrooms until softened and starting to brown in spots. Add desired amount of spinach and cook everything together until the spinach is softened. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. 炒蛋
取小号不粘锅,倒入少许油开中低火预热。倒入适量JUST Egg皆食得植物蛋。在均匀加热JUST Egg皆食得植物蛋的同时,用一只小的橡皮刮刀偶尔搅拌一下。当蛋液即将熟透,离火。如果用植物蛋Folded,根据外包装的指导加热。
2. Scramble
Warm a bit of oil or butter in small, non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Pour in the desired amount of JUST Egg and scramble like an egg. Use a small, stiff rubber spatula to stir occasionally, while still letting the JUST Egg heat evenly and set. Once the liquid is just about cooked through, remove from the heat. If using JUST Egg Folded, heat according to package directions.
3. 组装

3. Assemble
Split the croissant in half (option to toast it) and layer a slice of cheese on the bottom half. Top the cheese with the cooked JUST Egg, spinach and mushrooms. Add a dash of hot sauce or cracked black pepper, if desired.

4. Enjoy
Close the sandwich and enjoy immediately – or take it to-go.
