品质管控 / Quality Control
品质不是检验出来的，是生产出来的。新丝路建立了覆盖全生产链的七步品质检验体系：
Full-chain 7-step QC system — quality is built in, not inspected in. From raw material to finished goods, every step is checked:

来料检验 / Incoming Material Inspection
原料纱线进厂前，对规格、批号、外观逐批核查，不合格原料不入库。

摇袜测试检验 / Sock Knitting Test
纱线打样织袜筒，检查条干均匀度、色差、疵点，确保纱线品质达标。
③
倍捻 — 毛羽检验 / Twisting — Hairiness Inspection
倍捻工序中监控纱线毛羽指数，控制捻度均匀性，保证布面光洁度。
④
整经 — 径向损伤检验 / Warping — Radial Damage Inspection
整经后检查经纱是否有断头、毛丝、张力不匀等损伤，杜绝织造隐患。

织造 — 布面检验 / Weaving — Fabric Surface Inspection
织机下机后逐匹检查布面疵点：断经、断纬、纬斜、油污、色档等。

成品检验 — 米检 / Final Inspection — Per-Meter Check
成品布卷逐米验布，按美标四分制评级，确保出厂品质符合客户要求。

ERP质量系统管理 / ERP Quality System Management
全流程检验数据录入ERP系统，每卷布可追溯至原料批次和生产机台。
支持第三方验货：SGS、BV、Intertek 等 / Third-party inspection available
