Q1: 起订量（MOQ）是多少？

常规产品MOQ仅1,000米（约1卷）。对于新客户首单，我们接受更小批量的试单。我们不追求单笔大单，更看重长期合作关系的建立。
Standard MOQ is 1,000m (~1 roll). Smaller trial orders accepted for new clients. We value long-term partnership over one-off volume.

Q2: 样品收费吗？

现有色卡/样卡完全免费，快递到付或随大货寄出。如需定制打样，仅收取少量打样费，大货下单后全额退还。
Stock sample cards are completely FREE. Custom sampling fee is fully refunded upon bulk order.

Q3: 如何确保大货质量与样品一致？

留样封存制度：每一批确认样我们都会封存一份"对色样"和"手感样"，大货逐卷对色检验。支持客户来厂抽检，也可委托SGS/BV等第三方验货。
We seal a reference sample for every batch. Every roll checked against it. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV) supported.

Q4: 你们是贸易公司还是真正的工厂？

我们是真正的工厂。拥有纺丝→倍捻→整经→织造→成衣完整生产线。2000+台喷水织机、1500+台倍捻机、800+名员工、15万平方米厂房。欢迎随时来厂实地考察。
We are a real factory. 2,000+ water-jet looms, 1,500+ twisting machines, 800+ employees, 150,000m² facility. Factory visits welcomed.

Q5: 货物怎么运到我们国家？运费多少？

支持FOB和CIF两种方式。常走上海/宁波港，与MSC、Maersk、COSCO等船公司长期合作。询盘时报港口名称即可获得精确运费报价。
FOB or CIF. Main ports: Shanghai / Ningbo. Partner lines: MSC, Maersk, COSCO. Share your port for an accurate freight quote.

Q6: 能帮我们做SONCAP/PVOC/SABER等认证吗？

可以。我们为各国客户办理过上述认证，熟悉申请流程。认证费通常$100-300/票（根据类型不同），可包含在报价中。
Yes. We handle SONCAP, PVOC, SABER regularly. Fees typically $100-300/shipment, can be included in quotation.

Q7: 付款方式是什么？

常规方式：30%定金+70%发货前付清（T/T）。合作3单以上的老客户可申请OA条款。支持信用证（L/C at sight）。也接受人民币结算。
Standard: 30% deposit + 70% before shipment (T/T). OA available after 3 orders. L/C at sight accepted. RMB settlement supported.

Q8: 你们接受来样定织吗？

当然接受。您只需提供面料小样（5cm×5cm即可），我们技术团队进行纤维分析、组织分析、克重测量、色号匹配，3-5个工作日内给出打样方案和报价。
Absolutely. Send us a 5cm x 5cm swatch. We analyze fiber, weave, weight, and color. Sampling proposal + quotation within 3-5 days.
