第19届中国北方(平乡）童博会：相关行业销售类采购商如果需要报销路费，请务必于出发前阅读以下细则：
报销单程路费细则如下：
（1）报销需于3月8日23:59分前在公众号预约报销登记，报销资料提交时间仅限（3月9日9:00—12：00下午1:30-4:00）在平乡县国际会展中心(南馆7号门附近) 本人现场签到，并提交（纸质版车票），展会结束30个工作日内报销，不预约不现场签到不报销,过时不候。
（2）乘车（机）时间限3月7-8日
（3）飞机限经济舱、高铁（动车）限二等座报销50%、特快、普快报销100%；
（4）自驾车（限A类或一类）报销车辆油费0.5元/公里（导航短距离为准）；
（5）请备好：
营业执照复印件（限本童博会相关行业销售类）、本人身份证、国内客户采购单1万人民币，国外客户采购单1万美金（采购单仅限南馆参展产品。）、本人车票或含票价的航空运输电子客票行程单（自驾备行驶本）、本人名片；（6）国内所有乘车类型报销金额上限1000元/人或1000元/车；国外所有乘车类型报销金额上限10000元人民币；
（7）报销仅限于童车、玩具行业批发商、零售商、贸易公司、电商报销。生产企业不予报销.营业执照最多可报销两人

For purchasing agents in related industries who require travel expense reimbursement, please ensure to read the following details before departure:）
One-way travel expense reimbursement details are as follows:
（1）Reimbursement must be reserved by 23:59 on March 8th via the official public account. Submission of reimbursement documents is only allowed on March 9th from 9:00–12:00 and 13:30–16:00 at the Pingxiang International Convention and Exhibition Center (near Gate 7 of the South Hall). You must sign in on-site and submit a paper ticket. Reimbursement will be processed within 30 working days after the exhibition ends. No reservation, no on-site sign-in, no reimbursement. Late submissions will not be accepted.
（2）Travel (flight/train) must occur between March 7th and 8th.
（3）For flights, only economy class is eligible. For high-speed rail (bullet trains), only second-class seats are eligible for 50% reimbursement. Express and regular trains are eligible for 100% reimbursement.
（4）For self-driving (limited to Class A or equivalent), fuel costs will be reimbursed at 0.5 RMB per kilometer (based on the shortest navigation distance).
（5）Please prepare the following:
【- A copy of the business license (limited to sales-related industries in this Children's Expo).
- Personal ID card.
- Purchase order of 10,000 RMB for domestic clients or 10,000 USD for international clients (purchase orders are limited to products exhibited in the South Hall).
- Personal ticket or electronic travel itinerary with fare (for self-driving, provide the vehicle license).
- Personal business card.】
（6）The maximum reimbursement amount for all domestic travel types is 1,000 RMB per person or per vehicle. For international travel, the maximum reimbursement amount is 10,000 RMB.）
（7）Reimbursement is limited to wholesalers, retailers, trading companies, and e-commerce businesses in the children's vehicle and toy industries. Manufacturers are not eligible for reimbursement. A maximum of two people per business license can be reimbursed.
