第20届中国北方(平乡）童博会：相关行业销售类采购商如果需要报销路费，请务必于出发前阅读以下细则：
报销单程路费细则如下：
（1）报销需于11月5日23:59分前在公众号预约报销登记，报销资料提交时间仅限（11月6日9:00—12：00下午1:30-4:00）在平乡县国际会展中心(南馆7号门附近，045展位) 本人现场签到，并提交（纸质版车票），展会结束30个工作日内报销，不预约不现场签到不报销,过时不候。
（2）乘车（机）时间限11月4-5日
（3）飞机限经济舱、高铁（动车）限二等座报销50%、特快、普快报销100%；
（4）自驾车（限A类或一类）报销车辆油费0.5元/公里（导航短距离为准）；
（5）请备好：营业执照复印件（限本童博会相关行业销售类）、本人身份证、国内采购单1万人民币，国外采购单1万美金(采购单仅限南馆参展产品）；本人车票或含票价的航空运输电子客票行程单（自驾备行驶本）、本人名片；
（6）国内所有乘车类型报销金额上限1000元/人或1000元/车； 国外所有乘车类型报销金额上限10000元人民币；
（7）报销仅限于童车、玩具行业批发商、零售商、贸易公司、电商报销。生产企业不予报销.营业执照最多可报销两人
20th China Northern (Pingxiang) Children's Expo: For sales-related procurement professionals in the industry who need travel expense reimbursement, please read the following details carefully before departure
The detailed rules for reimbursing one-way travel expenses are as follows:
1.Complete the online reimbursement reservation through our WeChat account no later than 23:59 on 5 Nov.
Submit paper tickets IN PERSON at Pingxiang County International Convention & Exhibition Center, Hall 7, South Gate , Booth 045, only on 6 Nov (09:00–12:00 & 13:30–16:00).
Reimbursement will be processed within 30 working days after the expo ends.
No reservation / no on-site sign-in / late submission = no reimbursement.
2. Travel date must be 4–5 Nov 2025.
3. Airfare: economy class only; high-speed rail / EMU second-class seat: 50 % reimbursed; express / regular train: 100 % reimbursed.
4. Self-drive (Category-A or Class-1 vehicle only): fuel reimbursed at RMB 0.5/km (shortest navigation distance).
5. Please prepare:
- Copy of business licence (retail / wholesale / trading / e-commerce in the baby-carriage & toy industry only)
- Your personal ID
- Domestic purchase order: 10,000 RMB, foreign purchase order: 10,000 USD (purchase orders are limited to products exhibited in the South Hall);
- Original paper ticket or airline e-ticket receipt showing fare
- Driving licence (if self-driving)
- Your business card
6. Maximum reimbursement per person / per vehicle:
- Domestic travel: RMB 1,000
- Overseas travel: RMB 10,000
7. Reimbursement is available ONLY to wholesalers, retailers, trading companies and e-commerce operators in the baby-carriage / toy sector. Manufacturers are excluded. One business licence can be used for reimbursement for up to two persons.
