第21届中国北方(平乡）国际自行车童车玩具博览会：相关行业销售类采购商如果需要报销路费，请务必于出发前阅读以下细则：
报销单程路费细则如下：

1.报销需于4月23日23:59分前在公众号预约报销登记，报销资料提交时间仅限（4月24日9:00—12：00下午1:30-4:00）在平乡县国际会展中心(南馆8号门) 本人现场签到，并提交（铁路电子发票纸质版），展会结束30个工作日内报销，不预约不现场签到不报销,过时不候。

（2）乘车（机）时间限4月22-23日

（3）飞机限经济舱、高铁（动车）限二等座报销50%、特快、普快报销100%；

（4）自驾车（限A类或一类）报销车辆油费0.5元/公里（导航短距离为准）;

（5）请备好：营业执照复印件（限本童博会相关行业销售类）、本人身份证、国内采购单1万人民币，国外采购单1万美金（采购单仅限南馆参展产品）；本人车票或含票价的航空运输电子客票行程单（自驾备行驶本）、本人名片；

（6）国内所有乘车类型报销金额上限1000元/人或1000元/车； 国外所有乘车类型报销金额上限10000元人民币；

（7）报销仅限于童车、玩具行业批发商、零售商、贸易公司、电商报销。生产企业不予报销.营业执照最多可报销两人
相关细则最终解释权归邢台市鼎亚会展服务有限公司所有。
Details for reimbursing one-way travel expenses are as follows:

（1） For reimbursement, an appointment must be made via the official account by 23:59 on April 23. The submission of reimbursement materials is only allowed between 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM on April 24 at the International Convention and Exhibition Center in Pingxiang County (No. 8 Gate, South Hall). The applicant must sign in on-site and submit the (Paper version of railway electronic invoice). Reimbursement will be processed within 30 working days after the exhibition ends. No reimbursement will be granted without prior appointment, on-site sign-in, or submission of the required documents. No exceptions will be made for late submissions.

（3）Flights are reimbursed at 50% for economy class, while high-speed rail (bullet train) second-class seats are reimbursed at 50%, and express or regular trains are reimbursed at 100%;

(4) For self-driving (limited to Category A or Class I), reimbursement for vehicle fuel costs is 0.5 yuan per kilometer (based on short-distance navigation);

(5) Please prepare: copy of business license (limited to the relevant industry sales of this children's expo), personal ID card,domestic purchase order of 10,000 RMB, foreign purchase order of 10,000 US dollars (purchase orders are limited to the exhibition products in the South Hall); personal railway electronic invoice or air transportation electronic ticket itinerary (for self-driving, bring the vehicle registration certificate), personal business card;

(7) Reimbursement is only for wholesale, retail, trading companies, and e-commerce companies in the children's vehicle and toy industry. Manufacturers are not eligible for reimbursement. The business license can be reimbursed for up to two people.
