▶Polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) is an amorphous, heat-resistant and transparent high-performance thermoplastic. It is often an excellent choice for components, like a feeding bottle, which is exposed to high temperatures and corrosive media because it has exceptional chemical resistance.
▶Tritan Copolyester (Tritan) is a new generation of copolyester developed by Eastman. It has passed the FDA, NSF and ROHS of the US Food and Drug Administration. It is a designated material for infant products in Europe and the United States.

PPSU and Tritan can replace PC in some products due to their environment-friendly feature. PPSU and Tritan now have been widely used in baby bottles, water bottles, children's toys and household appliances. But widespread application brings another problem, which is how to better recycle, sort and reuse the recycled plastic. When PPSU and Tritan products are mixed with PET bottle flakes, the "pure and transparent" feature makes it difficult to distinguish PPSU and Tritan, thus affecting the recycling of high-quality and high-value PET bottle flakes.
