In an interview, Qi Zhiwei, the rotating general manager of Meyer, said that since the company took the lead in launching the localized color sorter, it has been committed to the research and development and innovation of food processing technology for nearly 30 years. The industry is the first to build a 5G smart sorting platform, injecting new impetus into the current digital transformation and upgrading of the food processing industry.
The government interview team also focused on the smart factory that Meyer has recently put into production. They came to the automatic circuit board SMT production line, the automatic three-proof UV coating line, the maglev ejector automatic production line and the color sorter assembly line and learnt more about each production link and advanced technology. Since the promotion of product engineering and production of lean, automated, and large-scale products, the quality of products has been further improved. The launch of a new color sorter will boost the overall manufacturing level of the agricultural machinery industry and the high-quality development of the food industry.
