我的对手仰面倒地,我拿到反身骑乘位,右手钩住对手的左腿膝盖,这时一般对手会认为我想做的动作是膝盖十字固,他会选择用左脚踝钩住右腿来防守。


这时我伸出右腿,跨过对手的腿,左腿钩住右腿,形成三角扣,双腿向对手的左小腿施加压力,使其小腿脚踝向其臀部靠近,我的大拇指保持朝向天空,向上提双手,逼迫对手认输。

All right, guys. Now I’m going to show you how to do a calf crush. I’m going to show you the very basic calf crush, without giving you an entrance, so you can see the mechanics of it. 


So the way to practice it is our partner’s going to sit. I’m going to lay down on his back and we’re going to be in a reverse mount. Now a lot of times when I grab this leg, he’s going to think I’m going for a knee bar. So he’s going to triangle his legs here.


So what I’m going to do is I’m going to take one of my legs, stick my right leg, come over the top, apply more pressure, and then cross my feet. I’m going to be squeezing down this heel to his butt, then pointing my thumb to the sky, so he has the blade of my foreman almost to the top of his knee. That’s causing a lot of pressure on the calf and on the knee. We’ll get into setups for that later, but that’s how you do a calf crush.
