我们今天要讲的技术是如何防守脚踝锁。


从封闭式防守开始,对手想要做脚踝锁,他首先要通过击打我的面部获得开放式防守,从而抓我的脚踝。对手一种方法是通过不停打拳打面部获得开放式防守,另外一种方法是把手放到身后撩开我的腿。


对手拿到了我的腿,然后倒地,准备做脚踝锁。这时我要以最快速度将对手上侧这条腿从我身上拨开,然后起身,尽快让被抓住那只脚站到地面上。右手从对手腋窝下穿过,推对手右腿膝盖使对手的右腿伸直。


双手搭成扣,用肩膀压对手,双腿分开压住对手。获得骑乘位,现在可以做降服技术或者直接打击对手。这就是防守脚踝锁的方法。
