International BD Manager
Job Description
Looking for talents for French, German, Italian market.
The Sales&Business; development manager will be responsible for developing the partnership and introducing international ecommerce strategy to overseas clients for Pilibaba,making sure Pilibaba’s products and services meet the needs of the merchant business and well-presented there.
Specific Duties:
1. Understand the overall industry trend/insight to insure Pilibaba’s business strategy fits the growth of such industry;
2. Understand the clients and regularly analyze clients’ business and operations, including future business direction, so that Pilibaba’s business interest grows along with client’s business growth;
3. Retain our key clients to avoid churn and be responsible for maximizing our share of wallet at client’s side against our competitors;
4. Work with marketing team in promotions with key clients for better business growth and retention;
5. Work with peer managers to leverage best practices and provide consistent high efficient sales skills;
6. Work with Merchants on specific promotion design and ensure Pilibaba ROI.

Job Description
Yabroad expects all CAs to be diligent with their work and perform to the best of their abilities. We want this project to be a rewarding and worthwhile experience for everyone involved.As a CA, you may be asked to take part in projects for both Platform and CultureSky. This means you will be working with different members, both Chinese and foreigners. Therefore, teamwork is a very important aspect of your project.
CA’s work schedule varies week to week and includes weekdays and weekends. Our routine activities (CultureSky international Club activities) are normally divided into morning and afternoon classes. The morning class is 09:30 - 11:30, while the afternoon class is 13:30 - 15:30. The working hours for the public activities that are hosted by our partners will vary.
When CAs are not hosting or participating in activities, you will be in the office and the working hours are 08:30 – 17:00, with 1 hour lunch (11:30-12:30), Monday to Friday. Lunch can be moved +/- 30 minutes as long as this doesn’t interfere with any work related tasks. If you are working during weekend you will get compensated by half or whole day off on Monday (and Tuesday).
