Jiangsu Provincial Taiwan Affairs Office lectures on IPO

The Jiangsu Provincial Taiwan Affairs Office recently held a lecture in Changzhou for Taiwan enterprises on IPO in mainland China. Representatives from around 40 Taiwan enterprises in Changzhou attended the lecture and Mr. Fang Guoqiang, Vice Mayor of Changzhou, addressed the audience.

Experts lectured on topics like IPO issuance & supervision, differences between the mainland and Taiwan stock markets and IPO legal aspects.

It is learned that there are 9 Taiwan-invested companies in Jiangsu that are are listed in mainland China, and 37 companies are planning an IPO including some from Changzhou. Meanwhile, 7 Jiangsu-based Taiwan companies are already listed in the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ), including one from Changzhou, Jiangsu Petro Hose & Piping System Stock Co., Ltd., which became listed in NEEQ in 2015.  (source:changzhou Gov)
