The 8th Soong Ching-ling International Youth Camp concluded in the Xinbei District on July 21st. Over 200 teenagers from 13 countries and regions gathered for the closing ceremony, which brought the camp to a successful conclusion.
Teenage representatives from China, India, South Korea, Belgium and Sri Lanka showcased their mother country’s distinctive arts and cultures.
During their stay in Changzhou, these teenagers visited the China Science and Education Town as well as the China Dinosaur Park, and therefore experienced Changzhou’s rich history and culture.
The Soong Ching-ling International Youth Camp is a flagship international exchange program of the China Soong Ching-ling Foundation. And the theme is “ Make Friends all over the World in China”. This year’s camp saw over 300 teenagers from 17 countries participate in various events across China. Since the cooperation between Changzhou and the camp organizer started last year, more teenagers from all over the world have chosen to visit Changzhou.
