（一）参赛资格
凡在常正式获得学习签、工作签、商务签的境外人士和外资企业工作人员均可参加。
（二）报名费用
1. 各队在2019年10月7日前扫码报名，每队至少11名球员；
2. 报名费总计1000元／队。1000元为比赛押金，如无违纪现象（具体判罚细则见附件）比赛结束后退还。
( 1 ) QUALIFICATION
All foreigners who have obtained formal study visa, work visa and business visa are welcome to attend, and Chinese staff members of foreign-funded enterprises.
( 2 ) FREE REGISTRATION
a. Each team must sign up before 7th October, 2019 through the wechat mini programs with at least 11 athletes.
b. Registration fee is 1000RMB/team. 1000RMB/team is for deposit, if there is no violation of discipline ( see annex file for details ), return the money after the games.
比赛录取前三名、评出最佳射手、最佳守门员各1名，发给奖杯及奖励。
Trophies and awards for Top Three teams, Best Scorer and Best Goalkeeper.
