我们今天要讲的内容是脚踝锁的常见错误动作。


首先一个常见错误是固对手腿的手掌朝向地板,这是错误的,你向后屈体,对手不会感到任何疼痛,正确的做法是固住对手腿的手,大拇指要朝向天花板。这样小臂的骨头骨锋一侧才会让对手难受。


第二就是自己的双膝盖不能松松垮垮,留有很大的空隙,那根本就没固住对手的腿。自己的双膝盖一定要夹住对手。这样你向后屈体的时候,对手才会感到疼痛。

All right, guys. So now I’m going to go over some common mistakes that occur during leg boxing. 


A lot of times what people do when they go for that leg lock, even if they get to the proper position here, they come here. Look at my hand. They go down like this with their palm pointed towards the floor and they try to arch back and it does nothing. Also, look how space is between my knees, there’s really no control here. What people are supposed to do is, thumb to the sky to put that blade in there, pinch my knees as tightly together as I can, that applies all the pressure. Those are your common mistakes when finishing leg blocks.
