对手做龟式防守,我在对手的左侧,右手从对手右手臂腋下穿过,抓住对手的手腕。左手出拳打击对手,对手会用左手掩护自己的面部。这时在他的手肘和膝盖之间就会留下空隙。左腿从这个空隙穿过,钩住对手的左膝盖。


接下来左手抓对手的左脚踝,以肩膀为支点翻滚,右腿搭在左脚踝上,双手搭成裸绞手型固住对手的脚踝,向下压,完成小腿绞。


在翻滚之后,大家容易犯一个错误,就是两只手的手掌一同去压对手的脚踝,这样对手很容易拉开一直手臂,并做成手臂十字固。这点是需要格外注意的。
