被对手从背后抱住了腰,这个画面其实比较常见。对手一般情况下会采取膝攻来伤害我们。


这时,我们拽开一点对手紧扣的双手,离绳边远一些,重心向前,这样对手就不能把我们抱起或者摔我们。注意,当对手的一只脚站在我们两脚之间的时候,他的那只脚就是我的攻击目标,抓住他,然后通过肩膀做翻滚。
