On Saturday, April 20, we will be live streaming the #GoJiangsu: Changzhou trip from Jintan District at 2:00 pm, where we will be experiencing tea picking and the processing of Jintan Queshea #Tea. Renowned around China, Jintan Queshe Tea is a unique kind of green tea. Its leaves have a distinct appearance when dried, resembling a bird’s beak or a sparrow’s tongue. It is also known for its rich aroma and sweet taste, and has been a hallmark of Changzhou culture for generations.

Adan, a young man from the US, has been invited to participate in the Canal Talent Show organized by the provincial tourism bureau. He visited Suqian recently where he had fun learning how to beat a drum from a local artist. He will represent Suqian in the show.

During the upcoming Grand Canal Cultural Tourism Expo to be held in Yangzhou, Jiangsu on May, 16 special cruise boats will be made to showcase the characteristics of 13 cities in the province as well as Beijing, Hangzhou, and Jining.
