这是一个很新颖的动作,从站立开放式防守开始,我抓住了对手的双脚跟,不要向前探身,那样很容易被对手踢中,但是胯部要向前挺。


在我做脚踝结之前,我要让对手的防守强度降低,怎么做呢?打击对手,用脚踢他,踢对手的腿。


进入正题,右手从对手左腿外侧绕进,手掌朝上,贴着对手右腿外侧绕回,搂住的双脚踝,倒地,右手小臂绕在对手脚踝上,双手攥紧,右腿跨过去,形成三角锁。接下来手臂发力,将对手的脚踝拉向自己,这可以促使对手的胫骨去切对手另一只脚的跟腱,这是非常疼的,一般来说这时候对手已经拍垫认输了,如果不认输的话,那么就转体屈身,继续施加力量,逼迫对手认输。
