今天我们要讲的技术依然是“小腿绞”,上一期我们讲了这个技术的做法,这一期我们讲一下在实战中的一种运用。
从开放式防守开始,我的对手会左动动、右动动,他不想犯错,不想进入我的防守。
那么我只好把他请进来,慢慢的靠近对手,先把一只脚放在他的胯上,右脚勾住对手的膝盖。坐起来,抱住对手一条腿的膝盖,向后倒,双腿做成三角扣,挤压对手的腿。这样会对对手的膝盖关节和小腿造成极大的压力,形成小腿绞,逼迫对手认输。

All right, guys. Previously, we’ve showed you how to set up the calf crush, the technique. Now I’m going to show you an actual setup for it.
It’s cool open session, as well. Now the guy is standing and he’s playing around. He’s backing out. He’s trying to go left and right. He doesn’t want to commit, right? He doesn’t want to come inside your guard.
So what I’m going to do is get as close as possible as I can. Put a foot on his hip, put the other foot here. From here I’m going to sit up, and hug it like I’m going to do a single, and then I’m going to fall back over. I’m going to triangle, here. Squeeze, that causes a lot of pressure in the knee joint and on the calf. That is a calf crush from inside the guard.
