今天要讲的是面对挥掌或摆拳的反击方法。
首先来说第一种情况,几乎不和对手接触的方法,也就是“摇闪”,要注意做动作的时候手一定要抬起来,始终保护头部,在躲到对手身后的时候可以推开他,也可以选择走开。
好,接下来说第二种情况,这次有较多的身体接触,我也有更多的信心去挑战对手,并将对手摔倒。当对手出拳的时候,一只手拦住他,另一只手去抱对手的腰,这时在对手身后的腿迈步到对手前面来,然后我的两只脚都站在对手的两腿中间,随即准备用臀部去摔倒对手。
调整好臀部的位置后,做一个蹲起,将对手撑在胯部上,这时就可以将对手摔翻到地上了。
这就是对付挥掌或摆拳的方法了。
