我们今天要讲的技术是从膝盖十字固到小腿绞。这组动作非常危险,在练习时要多加小心,避免受伤。
在开放式防守中开始,右脚贴住对手大腿根,面部贴住对手的胸部,短肘击打对手,摆拳击打对手面部,左勾拳打对手肝脏等等多种方式攻击对手。
获得机会,左手穿过对手膝盖,向一侧倒过去,做膝盖十字固,这时候对手会用翻身的方式破解。那么也意味着对手会趴在我身上。
即刻双脚搭成三角扣固住对手的腿,推对手的脚朝向天花板,将脚踝放到对手的膝盖窝下,搂住对手的脚踝至胸口,双手搭成扣,向下压,形成小腿绞,逼迫对手认输。

As you do that sit up. You want to get the back of your ankle right in this knee pit here. Here, and put it to your chest and then sit up, reach for his waist. A lot of times you won’t have to go that far. But when it’s real life go all the way up, grab his waist and hug him. It will blow his knee out right away. That’s how you transition from a knee bar to a calf crush.
