今天我们要讲的内容是接腿摔后连接脚踝锁。当遇到的对手腿法犀利、强悍时,我们就不硬拼腿了,我们想办法化解对手的威力,闪躲之外,我们可以选择接腿,当然,中边腿和高鞭腿是比较好接的。


当对手出边腿时,我们往他出腿方向移动一步,避过最强力的一点,接住腿,接下来走向对手一步,一只脚绊倒对手,同时一只手推对手支撑腿对侧的肩膀,将对手放倒!


注意抓住对手脚踝的位置,接下来我将把小腿胫骨放倒对手腹股沟的位置,然后滚动肩膀,夹紧肘部,逼迫对手拍垫认输。

Now we're going to do an ankle lock off kick-catch. This technique is perfect when the guy's a better striker than you are or his kicks are so hard that they're hurting your shins and they're hurting your arm to block it. So we're going to be in our stances, right.
