Changzhou Rugby Festival will take place on this Saturday, 28th Oct. The festival is organized around Changzhou Giants’ (adult team based at Wycombe Abbey International School) Sino Tens League matches, so there will be 3 visiting teams from other cities at Wycombe Abbey.

Everyone interested in Rugby is encouraged to come and support the players. Many have not played before and none have played in front of the rest of the school before, so it will be a big event for them. Can't miss it!

About Changzhou Giants

The Changzhou Giants are the newest rugby team on the expat Chinese rugby scene. Formed in August 2016 by a group of teachers from Wycombe Abbey International School, the club has steadily grown and now plays in tournament across the Yangtze Delta, from Wuhan all the way across to Shanghai. In April the team go to Hong Kong to compete in an international 10s tournament featuring teams from around the world.

常州巨人英式橄榄球队成立于2016年8月，是海外中国橄榄球赛场上的一只新秀球队，由一群来自威雅公学的教师组成。自去年成立以来，球队俱乐部一直向上稳步发展，并参与整个长江三角洲沿线的比赛，从武汉一直延伸到上海。今年4月，巨人受邀去香港参加一场国际赛事，和世界各地的球队同场竞技。
