A Chinese-culture overseas exchange base must possess four basic conditions: distinctive cultural elements, warm exchange and service attitude, prominent leading role and complete operation mechanism.
The goal for setting up the base is not only to promote international exchange of Chinese culture through telling the Jiangsu chapter of Chinese stories, but also meet overseas Chinese people’s cultural requirements and disseminate Jiangsu culture as part of Chinese culture in the world.
In addition, the base allows overseas Chinese people to experience and understand Jiangsu culture through publicity and promotion.
