As one of several major ticket e-commerce enterprises, Maoyan has launched a new service, namely online returning and rescheduling of cinema tickets, in its new-version APP.
15 cinemas in Changzhou have supported ticket returning and rescheduling today, and this figure may continue to rise in the future.
Most of such cinemas are local cinemas in Changzhou, and some national-chain cinemas have not offered this service.
But lifting the control over ticket returning and rescheduling completely will result in adverse factors, such as tickets being sold to scalpers, and cut-throat competition, said the persons in charge of these cinemas.
