2017 CHANGZHOU WEST TAIHU LAKE HALF MARATHON was held successfully on October 14, 2017. 20,000 players finished their games in half marathon, 10km marathon and mini marathon.
Changzhou west taihu lake half marathon has been held annually since 2014 and has become one of the most influential marathon in China. Changzhou has shown his unique charm through this great event. As a big fan of this event, out editor has joined in the 10km marathon for three years and is going to continue. (Like this year's medal most. What do you think?)

No.1 The Chinese-English bilingual entry guide book
Very detailed information was included in this 46-page guide book such as competition schedule, notice to participants, competition roadmap, traffic guide, etc. It also introduced some famous local features of Changzhou.
No.2 The timing chip and the instant message
The timing chip was totally different from the previous yeas. It was designed like a customized symble and could be kept as some kind of suvenior. What surprised our editor most was the insant message she received when she crossed the finish line. The time you spent was showed precisely and you don't need to search it online.
No.3 Be broadcast live both on TV and wechat
This event was broadcast live on CCTV 5, the most influential sports channel in China, through helicopter footage. Special mention to instant photos posted through Wechat, it was a new way for players or audience to know more the event. Photos captured during the race was uploaded and you might find yourself and download the one you like.
