Job description

 Essential Responsibilities:

The Engineering Leader demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.

Sliding up and down

· Provide leadership to a team of Manufacturing Engineers with the aim of achieving operational goals (i.e. Health and Safety, Quality, and Productivity)

· Offer day-to-day technical guidance to engineers and technicians in the field of engineering and maintenance. Manage and execute the capital plan

· Examine the improvement ideas from maintenance and production and executes them

· Improve the maintenance technologies including preventative maintenance plans based on machine conditions

· Increase the efficiency of the operative maintenance group with technological support.  Control the documentation processes required by ISO 9001

· Establish and manage a cross trained engineering group which works on a common base according to a well defined strategy and fully supports the manufacturing cells both in terms of daily activities and long term improvements by working close to cell leaders, production planners and shift supervisors on the appropriate level of engineering group

· Lead NPIs, Machine installations and technology transfers

· Create and improve manufacturing documents, owns the engineering part of document management system

· Utilize Six Sigma as a method of product and process improvement

 Qualification:

▷ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED and at least 4 years of facilities maintenance or manufacturing experience)

 At least 5 additional years of experience in a maintenance leadership role

 At least 5 years of experience in process improvement, optimization large capital projects, or safety excellence

Job description

 Essential Responsibilities:

automotive and commercial vehicles, industry and the healthcare sector, communications and infrastructure, household and electrical appliances, wires and strands.

➤ Product Marketing
Develop and maintain technical customer relationship to local car manufacturers and system suppliers;

Identify market trend regarding automotive cables and automotive cable applications;

Collect and analyze market and competitor information;

Promotion and market development of product portfolio;

Product marketing including development of product catalogues, brochures, technical presentations, technical trainings and participation at engineering fairs;

Participation in working groups and standardization committees as JASO

Design-in of products in early development phases at the customer.

Work position: Jiangsu

Job description

To oversee the administration and daily operation of the Center to ensure the highest level of quality services and patient safety and satisfaction.

 Responsibilities: Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

 Lead the center’s setting up work incl. assuming a leading role in budgeting, recruiting, process planning and implementation, etc.

➙ Work closely with the CMO, head nursing, the partner, and other staff to assure smooth clinic workflow and operations

 Assist in nursing and clerical staff’s performance evaluation and staff counseling.

 Participate in professional development activities to keep current with outpatient healthcare trends practices.


☺ Qualifications:

➙ Bachelor’s college degree or above, medical or healthcare focus preferred

 Preference given to candidates with graduate work in healthcare administration, business administration, finance or medical fields

 3 to 5 years working in clinic or hospital setting in managerial role

 Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem-solving & decision-making

 Able to develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, patients, clients, partner, etc

 Able to organize work to achieve clinic goals and objectives

 Able to analyze and interpret complex date, research and prepare comprehensive reports

 Able to monitor quality control standards

 Able to communicate clearly in excellent written and oral English and Mandarin Chinese

General Manager

Job description

The General Manager will be responsible to the Secretary General in respect of specific  Chapter issues and European Chamber matters generally as specified below.


☺ General Management

➙ Manage daily operations of the Chapter to meet the agreed targets of the Chapter.

➙ Assist to develop and implement the Chamber Strategy for the Chapter in coordination with the Secretary General (SG).

➙ Ensure management of all financial aspects within the Chapter to meet internal and external audit requirements.

➙ Contribute to the development of the Chamber through participation in operational meetings, monthly reporting and management of specific projects as required by the SG.

➙ Ensure the Chapter complies with all relevant Chinese legislation.

➙ Oversee and manage Human Resource related issues, including appointing and dismissing local staff, assigning duties and supervising staff, both Chinese and foreigners.

➙ Contribute to a positive, energetic Chamber working environment where relevant Chamber policies are developed, updated, understood, and respected.

➙ Provide support and guidance to board as required by the Executive Committee (ExCo) and SG, schedule regular board meetings and identify suitable future candidates in accordance with the SG.

 Government Affairs and Working Group

 Maintain working knowledge of key business and regulatory issues in China.

➙ Develop and maintain close relations with and understanding of the Chinese Government on city and provincial level.

 Identification and assessment of scope of Working Groups and Forums of the Chapter.

 Oversee the management of the Chamber’s Working Groups and Forums including local Position Paper writing and comments on draft legislation.

 Appointment of Working Groups and Forum Chairs and Vice Chairs and overseeing of effective working relationships with Working Groups and Forums based in other Chapters.

☺ Membership and other income

➙ Responsible for developing membership  and surrounding cities and for identifying and developing new target markets.

➙ Examination of and ruling on membership applications

➙ Supervise issuance of contracts and collection of subscription fees and other income

 Marketing and Communication

 Plan and organise special events and trade fairs.

 Promote the Voice of European Business in the local area.

 Provide input and final approval on content for the newsletter.

 Desired skills & experience

 3 years minimum of related government, business, or organizational experience

 3 years minimum of related China experience

 3 years minimum of management experience

 Understanding of China’s business and regulatory environment

 Outstanding interpersonal and organization skills

 Excellent writing and presentational skills

 Experience in working with the Chinese Government

 Good understanding of Chinese and European institutions

 Good understanding and appreciation of the nature of non-profit, membership based organizations

 University degree in economics, law, business, or politics or related work experience (Masters Degree Preferred)

➙ Analyze customer complains quality issues and prepare deliver technical trainings

 Make sure safe launch on new product by reviewing manufacturability, process capability and control with cross functions to meet schedule, quality, cost requirement.

 Qualifications:

➙ Bachelors degree in Material/Mechanical/Electronical/Chemical Engineering

➙ Minimum 10 year process engineering work experience, better in electronics related industry

 5 years above people management and project management experience

 Good knowledge and experience on Lean and six sigma, BB is preferred

 Fluent English communication skill

 Team work and be aggressive on project or task driving
