Changzhou launches a campaign to flush out illegal foreigners

According to a survey before, The 10 countries that sent the most visitors to China in 2011 were: the Republic of Korea, Japan, Russia, the United States, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Mongolia, the Philippines and Canada. China's latest census shows the top 10 Chinese regions that receive most foreign residents are: Guangdong province, Shanghai municipality, Beijing municipality, Jiangsu province, Fujian province, Yunnan province, Zhejiang province, Shandong province, Liaoning province and Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.

With the strengthening of relations between China and foreign countries, all sorts of thoughts meet and mix here with people from different countries and cultures. It also proves that China is very attractive to foreigners.

However, the most common law broken by foreigners include illegal immigration to China, illegal stay and illegal employment in China. The problem has also increased significantly in recent years.

Illegal immigration

* Use immigration documents with forged, altered or fraudulent entry;

* Use other people's immigration documents to enter the country;

* Escape border inspections;

* Illegal entry by other means.

Illegal stay

* Exceed the time limit for visas and residence permit documents to stay and stay;

After their entry into China due to overseas study or visit, foreigners were illegally employed.
