Northern pearl Dalian in Northeast China's Liaoning province had geared up this week for the 2019 World Economic Forum's Annual Meeting of the New Champions, or Summer Davos Forum, from July 1 to 3.

Dalian held till yesterday a green, secure and innovative Annual Meeting of the New Champions, equipped with 5G technology, cloud computing, facial recognition and virtual reality. Apart from clear economic aspect of the forum, China also comprehensively strengthened its international cooperation in technological innovation and grasped new opportunities for a technological revolution to promote its quality economic growth.

The trends this year in Dalyan mould the general Chinese economy development objectives - to turn from worlds low-prices commodity goods supplier to high tech, high quality and sustainable development global leader. Yet what is so unique about the forum in Dalyan turning it to much more important event than any other trade expo, This is an annual event that presents the new global powers G20 emergence.
The forum is part of Davos forum initiatives, that emerge annually in several countries tracing emerging economies progress. Next comes the monetary economic forum in Ryad, Saudi Arabia, which usually focus on banking and financial issues of G20 countries. So logically China sets the high tech and quality capacities of G20, and then forums of G20 continue all other economic aspects achievements.
Another important aspect of Dalyan forum is high government officials visits. Economic development always goes along with good political support. This year stress on cooperation is with Central and Eastern European Union economies.
The CEE 16+1 initiative bridging China with emerging new powers of Central and Eastern European economies continued with the return of leader of CEE 16+1 initiative leader - Bulgarian president Gen. Radev’s state visit to China and continuation of talks with Li. Radev attended the forum this year with high officials delegation in Dalyan. Radev and Li had sequence of meetings there and continued the talks this week in Beijing and Shanghai. Tax cooperation, bi-lateral and regional cooperation , scientific exchange and finalizing global infrastructural projects are leading topic of the talks.

Amid these news an emerging trend in China - European Union relations could be outlined - strengthening the G20 countries capacity in global scope , strengthening the China -European Union relationship. State visits in China and Bulgaria are a tracing sign for emerging new power aspect of these relations. And even during this year several other local forums both in China and Eastern Europe will continue the trend.
