New Policies of Customs Declaration In China!

Yesterday August 1, the declaration of integration of import and export products was implemented by the national customs, and only a customs declaration form is required for customs declaration and inspection. This will change the existing customs clearance process and the operation mod company, saving customs clearance costs. These are the most important changes in this process:

1--> Product No. was changed from 10 to 13 digits.

What is the another 3-digit codes? 

It is so simple! After the integration of customs inspection, in order to achieve a customs declaration, and complete Customs Declaration and Inspection Work at the same time. It is necessary to add Inspection and Quarantine codes to the customs commodity code, such as 999, 666, 101, 110, etc.!

It was increased the filling of 3 inspection and quarantine codes. It is still under discussion that how to fill in the 3 inspection and quarantine codes for the goods, that are not involved in the inspection. Only waiting to understand after the actual operation.

As is known to all, the Commodity Codes in our previous Customs Declaration Forms is an 8 or 10 codes. 

2--> "Unmarked weight to report as N/M" was be added.

Previously it was free of charge and now you just need to fill in N/M.

3--> Cancel the registration of 10 Customs Registration Codes.

The 18 social credit codes of legal person and other organizations will need to be filled in. In order to input easily, it is necessary for the company to provide the codes.

4--> Domestic Source of Goods was be changed from the Header to the Form.

That is, after each product name can be used to correspond to the source of goods, to achieve the declaration of multiple sources of goods, involving multiple documents of the source of goods. The company needs to provide information on which product name corresponds to the source.

5--> "Package Type" was be changed to "Filling all Packaging Materials".

transport packaging is the package corresponding number of units in the delivery list, such as the material of the tray. Packaging materials include transport packaging and other packaging.

Other packaging includes all kinds of packaging of the goods as well as vegetal padding materials, such as the material of the outer packaging of the product.

6--> "Container Commodity Item Number Relationship" & "Container Cargo Weight" was added.

Container Commodity Item Number Relationship refers to which goods in the corresponding product name column of a container. 

For example, if the APLU4116601 box number is loaded with items with item numbers 1, 3, and 5, enter “1, 3, 5” and separated by a comma in the “item number relationship”.

In order to speed up Customs Clearance, the customer must provide the clear binning data for each ticket list, so that the corresponding item number of the container can be entered according to the binning data at the time of declaration.

7--> New Overseas Consignee Declaration Project.

Overseas Consignee means that the buyer or consignee of contract specified to sign and execute in the export trade contract.

Requirements of Filling in the declaration:

Name + Codes.

English Name and the AEO codes (a company that is recognized by AEO in countries or regions), and the requirement of filing in the daclaration is in accordance with the relevant announcements which is issued by the GAC. Such as: 

• the Singapore AEO Company SG123456789012.

   

• the Korean AEO company KR1234567. 

  
  

Otherwise, the Non-AEO Mutual Recognition Company is not need to fill.
