我公司于2022年11月3日参加了中国城市环境卫生协会在浙江杭州召开的“第九次生活垃圾焚烧处理技术与设备研讨会”。

On November 3, 2022, Huaxing participated in the "9th Municipal Waste Incineration Technology and Equipment Seminar" held by China Urban Environmental Sanitation Association in Hangzhou, Zhejiang.

此次由中国城市环境卫生协会主办的第九次生活垃圾焚烧处理技术与设备研讨会在杭州隆重召开。本次研讨会吸引了来自行业主管单位、有关高校、科研院所、焚烧相关企业代表及有关专家参加，探讨提高资源利用效率技术途径，展示垃圾焚烧领域前沿产品设备，共促垃圾焚烧行业低碳、绿色、健康发展。

The 9th Municipal Waste Incineration Technology and Equipment Seminar hosted by China Urban Environmental Sanitation Association was held in Hangzhou. The seminar attracted representatives from competent authorities, universities, research institutes, enterprises, and experts to discuss technical ways to improve resource utilization efficiency, display cutting-edge products and equipment in the field of waste incineration. The low-carbon, green and healthy development of the waste incineration industry were jointly promoted.

本次论坛以新发展格局下清洁焚烧的机遇与挑战为主题，与会代表们齐聚盛会，行业主管部门、企业家代表和有关专家就中国生活垃圾焚烧市场格局、双碳背景下垃圾焚烧发电企业的挑战与破局之路、生活垃圾焚烧工程管理底线思维方法等热点话题展开研讨。

Focusing on the opportunities and challenges of clean incineration under the new development pattern, representatives from industry competent authorities, entrepreneurs, and experts discussed hot topics such as the market pattern of municipal waste incineration in China, WTE enterprises' challenges and breakthrough approaches under the "dual-carbon" targets, and the “bottom line thinking method” of waste incineration project management.

杭州市城市管理局局长李磊致欢迎词，生态环境部固体废物与化学品司副司长温雪峰、国家发展改革委资源节约和环境保护司副司长赵鹏高、住房和城乡建设部城市建设司副司长杨宏毅通过线上连线方式出席开幕式并致辞。中国城市环境卫生协会徐文龙会长对与会领导、嘉宾及代表表示感谢，并将协会的相关工作情况做了介绍，研讨会主论坛由中国城市环境卫生协会副会长兼秘书长刘晶昊主持。

Li Lei, Director of Hangzhou Municipal Urban Administration, delivered a welcome speech. Wen Xuefeng, Deputy Director of the Department of Solid Waste and Chemicals of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, Zhao Penggao, Deputy Director of the Department of Resource Conservation and Environmental Protection of the National Development and Reform Commission, and Yang Hongyi, Deputy Director of the Department of Urban Construction of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech through online connection. Xu Wenlong, President of China Urban Sanitation Association, thanked the leaders, guests and representatives attending the meeting and introduced the work of the Association. Liu Jinghao, Vice President and Secretary General of China Urban Sanitation Association presided over the main forum of the seminar.

与会代表在听取论坛主题报告的基础上，就垃圾焚烧行业发展过程中的痛点和解决方案展开了热烈的交流和探讨。翌日，中国城市环境卫生协会开展了县域生活垃圾焚烧国内外发展现状研讨、科技引领 助力固废处置高质量发展、小蜜蜂环保公益论坛、环卫管理与设施监管创新发展论坛等四个专题分论坛，解读政策、分析问题、交流经验、研究策略，总结阶段成果、探索未来发展，推动生活垃圾焚烧行业可持续、高质量发展。在县域生活垃圾焚烧国内外发展现状研讨分论坛中，我公司总工程师吴志强进行了“县域生活垃圾焚烧厂烟气净化工艺选择及成本控制”的精彩演讲。

On the basis of the report of the forum, the participants had a warm exchange and discussion on the pain points and solutions in the development of the waste incineration industry. The next day, the China Urban Environmental Sanitation Association held four special sub-forums, including the discussion on the domestic and international development status of sub-municipal waste incineration, science and technology leading to help the high-quality development of solid waste disposal, the Little Bee Public Welfare Forum for Environmental Protection, and the Innovation and Development Forum for Environmental Sanitation Management and Facility Supervision, to understand policies, analyze problems, exchange experiences, develop strategies, summarize achievements, explore future development, and promote the sustainability & high quality development of the municipal waste incineration industry. In the sub-forums, on the discussion of domestic and international development status of sub-municipal waste incineration, Huaxing's chief engineer Wu Zhiqiang gave a wonderful speech on "Selection of Flue Gas Cleaning process and cost control for sub-municipal waste incineration plants".

11月5日，中国城市环境卫生协会组织了与会代表们对海宁市绿能环保项目（为我公司EPC工程）、杭州临江环境能源工程项目、杭州九峰垃圾焚烧发电项目的参观考察。

On November 5, China Urban Environmental Sanitation Association organized the delegates visited and reviewedHaining Green Energy EP plant (which is an EPC reference of Huaxing), Hangzhou Linjiang Environmental Energy plant, and Hangzhou Jiufeng waste incineration power plant.

As an important part of waste incineration and environmental protection emissions, flue gas cleaning has always been an important factor affecting the development of the industry. Since 2004, CEA has successfully held 8 seminars on municipal waste incineration technology and equipment in Wenzhou, Chongqing, Shenzhen, Beijing, Qingdao, Chengdu, Ningbo, and Xi'an. The seminar on municipal waste incineration has become one of the characteristic series of activities of CEA. It is expected that through the industrial exchange platform built by the municipal waste incineration seminar, the waste incineration industry in China will further promote low-carbon, green and healthy development in the new era, and contribute to the building of a harmonious coexistence society between human and nature and the creation of a better life.
