我公司承建的马来西亚雪兰莪州耶然（Jearm）垃圾焚烧发电项目一期、二期烟气净化工程于2025年03月开工建设。
The FGC system for Phase I & II of the Jearm WtE Power Plant in Selangor, Malaysia, undertaken by HEPT, has commenced construction since March 2025.
该项目一期工程装机容量为25兆瓦，日处理垃圾能力达1400吨，配置2×700吨/天机械炉排炉焚烧线，烟气净化采用“SNCR（尿素）+半干法+干法+活性炭喷射+布袋除尘”的组合处理工艺；二期工程装机容量增至26兆瓦，日处理垃圾能力提升至1500吨，配套2×750吨/天机械炉排炉焚烧线，烟气净化延续一期高效处理工艺，两期工程均为我司项目供货工程。
Phase I of the project features an installed capacity of 25MW and a daily waste treatment capacity of 1,400tons, equipped with two mechanical grate incineration lines each with a capacity of 700t/d. The FGC system adopts a combined process of SNCR (urea) + semi‑dry process + dry process + activated carbon injection + baghouse dust removal. Phase II has an increased installed capacity of 26MW and a daily waste treatment capacity of 1,500tons, supporting two mechanical grate incineration lines each with a capacity of 750t/d. It applies the same high‑efficiency FGC process as Phase I.

The Jearm Power Generation Project in Selangor, Malaysia, is the first WtE plant in the state, and also a key undertaking for HEPT to carry out technology export and construction cooperation in Southeast Asia. Adopting advanced WtE technologies, the project converts MSW into clean electricity. It not only helps Malaysia optimize its energy structure and promote energy conservation and emission reduction, but also serves as an important demonstration for the country to develop green energy and advance sustainable development.
