Whyte & Mackay (W&M) Co. Ltd and Summergate Wine & Spirits Co. Ltd (“Summergate”) hereby jointly announce that both parties have mutually agreed to conclude their distribution partnership, effective December31st，2025.
英国怀特麦凯有限公司（W&M）与美夏国际酒业有限公司（Summergate）谨此联合宣布，双方经友好协商一致，同意于2025年12月31日终止现有的代理合作关系。
Summergate has supported the distribution of Tamnavulin Single Malt Whisky & John Barr Blended Whiskyin China market during the collaboration period, and W&M efforts and commitment throughout the cooperation.
在合作期间，美夏负责怀特麦凯威士忌产品(塔木岭单一麦芽威士忌以及君霸调和威士忌)在中国市场的分销工作。怀特麦凯对美夏在合作期内的投入与支持表示感谢。
The new Tamnavulin Single Malt Whisky & John Barr Blended Whisky China Market distributor is “Feiteng Borui Wine & Spirits (Shanghai) Co. Ltd”, W&M will be sharing more new distributor informationto trade partners in due course.
