Good news!
Since January 1, 2016 , the Entry&Exit Departments in Nansha District, Huangpu District and Huadu District are able to issue Foreigner`s Visa License!
Foreigners could only go to the Guangzhou City Entry & Exit Bureau to make the visa licenses, which was not convenient for foreigners who lived or work out of city center.
Entry & Exit Departments in Nansha District, Huangpu District，Huadu District are all able to issue Foreigner`s Visa License.
In addition, Nansha District is the first free trade zone in Guangdong Province, which has the qualification of issuing foreigner`s visa license. Enterprises and Cultural & Educational Organizations in Nansha could assit foreigners in applying for visas.
On Juanuary 19, two foreigners got their visas successfully in Nansha Visa center.
The new policy may attract more high-level persons to work、start up business there, and help develope the districts.
This year, Entry & Exit Departments in 8 more districts of Guangzhou will start to accept foreigners` visa applications gradually.
好消息！自2016年1月1日起，广州南沙、黄埔、花都区的出入境管理部门受理签发外国人签证证件了！
外国人办理签证证件只能到广州市出入境管理支队办理，对于在非中心城区居住、工作的外国人来说较为不便。
广州南沙、黄埔、花都区的出入境管理部门都直接可以受理了。
其中，南沙区是全省第一个获得签发外国人签证证件资格的自贸区。在南沙的企业、文教等单位，可以直接协助外国人在本地办理签证证件。
1月19日当天，已有2名外国人在南沙区办证中心顺利领取了外国人签证。
在“家门口”办证将吸引更多高层次人才在本地工作、创业，促进当地发展和创新，服务国家“一带一路”战略和经济建设大局。今年内，广州市其余8个城区的出入境管理部门也将陆续开始受理签发外国人签证证件。
