But do you know that the service suspension usually means an upgraded version of service system or policy?
Actually, from August 21st on, the upgraded Exit & Entry service system will be used nationwide!

The new system will be more functional!

In addition, since the major conference of foreign business will be held at the end of this year, stricter inspections on expats as well as their enterprises are conducted by the Exit & Entry Department recently.
Any delay in reporting related information of the company will result in visa refusal!
Suggestion
So, under the new policy and the upgraded system, what should you do besides from obeying Exit & Entry Administration Law?
❶ Fill in the Registration Certificate of Temporary Residence for Visitors within 24 hours after entering into China.
❷ Illegal residence is strictly forbidden! Do not stay in China after the date of visa expiry. Or, apply for visa extension before the expiry.
❸ Business Certificate and Work Permit are needed if you do business in China.
❹ Stay at the office during work hours as possible as you can, and always keep your phone on.
❺ Declare and pay tax (both individual and enterprise) on time.
❻ Any change of company information including contact details, office address, employment status please inform HACOS as soon as possible!
