Upon approval of the Customs, goods, which are temporarily imported or exported and which are re-exported or re-imported within the time limit.

Licensing certificate

The goods temporarily imported are not required to submit the licensing certificate or verification unless it is:
● Provided for in any international convention or treaty of which China is a contracting state or to which China has acceded.
● In any law or administrative regulation of the State.
● In any rule or regulation of the General Administration of Customs.
How long it takes?

❶ The goods temporarily temporarily imported or exported shall be re-exported within 6 months as of the date of importation or exportation.
❷ Where it is necessary to extend the time limit, the time limit may be extended upon approval of the Customs (for 3 times at most). Each extension shall not exceed 6 months.
❸ For the important projects of the state or under scientific research projects of the state, and the articles to attend exhibitions for a period of more than 24 months, if it is still necessary to extend the time limit after the expiry of 18-month extension, shall report to the Customs for examination and approval.
Customs Clearance Procedures

Step 1

Register exported goods in local Customs and apply for the Registry Handbook.
Step 2

Declare to Customs in ports with Registry Handbook.
Step 3

Entry Quarantine inspection by Customs.
Step 4

Re-inspection of storage by Customs and Customs cover and before stuffing.
Step 5

Verify Customs cancellation after going through all the re-exportation procedures.
