
As you know, foreigners who want to work in China, must hold work permit. China policy about work permit for foreigners is on a condition, two years working experience, for application. But for those fresh graduates who have none of related working experience, this policy impale them.

Don’t be hopeless. There are still some ways to get the China work permit. A policy for fresh graduates allows international graduates who have graduated within a year to apply for a work permit in China without having to demonstrate two years of work experience. The qualified graduates are as follow.
Qualification
With a Master degree of China Universities, you are eligible to apply the China work permit without 2 years working experience. and the applicant to demonstrate good grades (80% above or a B average) are required.

With Master degree of High Level Universities on the world, you are eligible to apply the China Work Permit without 2 years working experience.
With PhD degree of China Universities or High Level Universities on the world , you are eligible to apply the China Work Permit without 2 years working experience.
Eligibility
If you have obtained a master degree or above from either a domestic or a well-known overseas university or college, you must also satisfy all of the following criteria in order to be eligible to obtain a China work permit:
At least 18 years old and in good health
No prior criminal record
Grades averaging 80% or B/B+ or above( domestic universities only)
No record of misconduct at campus (domestic universities only)
The degree obtained is relevant to the job being offered
There is a confirmed employer and the salary offered is at or above the local average salary (varies by city)
Valid passport / international travel documents
Application Documents
Eligible foreign graduates may submit their applications to the local labor administrations or foreign expert administrations. The application materials include but are not limited to:
The applicant's CV
A report explaining the reason for employing the foreign graduate (including evidence of having advertised the position for at least 30 days)
Offer letters (with salary specified)
Medical reports
No-criminal record certificate
Academic records
Work Permit
Applications by foreigners who are fresh graduates are subject to a quota system, so local government can decide how many graduates they may approve per year based on industry needs.

Successful applicants will obtain a work permit with a valid period of one year. Renewals can be sought, which will be valid for a maximum of five years for each renewal.
Qualified international students at Chinese universities will be granted work permits and employment license. Qualified students at foreign universities will first be granted work permits, followed by an employment license after arriving in China and obtaining a work visa.
