First Case: You Still Can Log In
Borrow your friend’s phone to try to log in your Wechat. It would be some verification when you log in Wechat in a new phone.

You should transfer all money to your friend or withdraw them to bank card as soon as possible, and unlink the bank cards of wallet.

Second Case: You Can’t Log In
This situation is most common for those people who lost their phone.
If you had opened Account Protection in WeChat Setting, it would recognize your phone in common use or not. If not, the login would be rejected.

Now you have to contact with the operator to stop the phone number with the least delay possible.
Then you should enter the WeChat Security Center or contact with WeChat customer service to freeze your WeChat account. And also the bank customer service to freeze the card that link to your WeChat wallet.

Finally, you should bring the passport to mobile business hall to reapply the same number SIM card, and apply to unfreeze the WeChat account as well as bank card. In the end, change the password and check your wallet and messages.
Third Case: Money Has Been Stolen
You can contact with WeChat customer service to claim for compensation. If the stolen amount is huge, call the police would be the best choice.
