The Prime minister of Iraq announced that the curfew would be ended on February 7th ,2015 . The government believed that the safety situation of Baghdad was taking a turn for better, and hoping this could make citizens living a normal life.

After the midnight of February 7th , a lot of Baghdad citizens gathered at the Liberation Square to celebrate the day, waving the national flag ,dancing with the music. As a matter of fact, 4 bomb attacks took place in Baghdad that day, 36 people died and 94 people got injured.
